Allweather Landscape Maintenance, Inc. was established in 1981 by Phil Ball. Professional landscape maintenance is the foundation on which our company was built and it continues to grow with Phil’s direction and overview. Our stable, highly-trained work force and operational systems give us the ability to meet commitments and provide superior service to all our accounts. In 2016 the company restructured the management team to enhance our construction division. We continue to provide effective and superior services for all types and sizes of project throughout the central coast.

Phil Ball, Owner

  • As the founder of Allweather, Phil brings over 38 years of landscape management experience and skill to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. He relies on the expertise on his professional management team to provide the same personalized customer service and high-quality industry standards for landscaping and maintenance that he brought to the founding of Allweather.

Neil Towery, General manager

  • Neil brings over 25 years of experience to Allweather. The last 15 years has been focused in landscape production construction throughout central California and New Mexico in both commercial and residential projects.  Neil has supervised 400+ employees to include landscape production installation crews as well as overseeing all facets of landscape and irrigation installation.   He brings his experience from working with companies such as Lennar Homes, Pulte Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Castle & Cook and many more that are known for their high quality craftsmanship along with fast pace production schedules here to the central coast Allweather team.

Terry Lee, Landscape architect

  • Terry brings over 22 years of experience to Allweather.  Terry is a licensed landscape contractor and register landscape architect in the State of California.  He has a “hands-on” approach with a focus on water conservation for design and construction of public works, commercial and residential projects.  With his extensive plant knowledge, he has been able to use drought tolerant plants specific to the central coast to achieve award winning design build projects.  He brings his experience from working with companies such as Central Coast Builders, RRM Design Group, Hamrick and Associates, and Martin Resorts that are known for their water conserving, well maintained and healthy landscapes.

Jessica smith, project manager

  • Jessica brings over 12 years of experience to Allweather.  Jessica owned her own residential design build landscape company prior to moving back to the Central Coast.  With her vast knowledge of plants, an eye for landscape details and overall project scheduling she will take Allweather to a new level in the landscape installation division.  Jessica’s daily involvement in our clients’ projects keeps them on track and within client budgets.

Marcelino Morales, maintenance QUALITY MANAGER

  • Marcelino has over 7 years of landscape maintenance experience.  As a Foreman for Allweather, Marcelino’s dedication to detailed work and customer service make him a key player at Allweather.  As our Maintenance Manager, he knows and understands the level of customer service and satisfaction that Phil expects of Allweather and passes that onto our crews and accounts.

Kristin Duran, office manager

  • Kristin brings over 15 years of experience to Allweather. She has been an accounting assistant/office manager in a variety of different industries, working in customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, job file management and human resources. Kristin provides support to staff, customers, and vendors which aids in the execution of Allweathers daily business.

We will wet check your Residence irrigation systems for as low as $65.00 for the first (3) valves. Each individual valve beyond the first (3) for $65.00/hr.

We will wet check your Commercial irrigation systems for as low as $150.00
for the first (10) valves. Each individual valve beyond the first (10) for $65.00/hr.

Each Wet Check gets a full written description of repairs required and you fees for the Wet Check will be applied to the repairs.
